Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support, as quickly as possible. With BayArea-Web there are two levels of support, Basic and Premium. Basic and Premium customers have complete access to our FAQ section. In addition, both Basic and Premium Support customers have access to our ticket system.

Premium Support customers also have the added advantage of phone support.
